SONALI aims to deliver your purchases within 7 – 14 working days. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. Therefore if you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product. Ordering

If you have any trouble placing an order online, please contact our Customer Service and we’d be glad to help.
To purchase an item click on the “Add to Cart” button. If you wish to purchase more than one of an item, simply enter the number in the “Qty” box, and then click update to see a new total cost. If you wish to remove any items from your cart, simply click on the shopping bag item to view your shopping cart and click on the ‘x’ located next to the product in your cart.

When you have finalized your selections, click checkout. Once you have finished your order an order number will be displayed and a receipt will be emailed to the email address you provide. Please note that payment is automatic. If your payment is declined you will be notified immediately.Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email to advise your order has been shipped.

Returns & Replacements

You can return a faulty product to any of stores by taking in your product and receipt for a full refund, exchange for the same style, or exchange for another product. If you wish to return the product via post, please contact our Customer Service at +60322730000 and we will process your return within 48 hours of receiving goods (during business hours, see Shipping & Delivery). We will refund your return postage cost from your original payment.
